Larta Institute White Paper Project
Larta Institute is a mission-driven innovation accelerator in technology, healthcare, energy, and agriculture. The strength of the organization lies in its network of Principal Advisors - distinguished members of the Larta network with deep commercialization expertise who ease the journey of early-stage entrepreneurs.
The Principal Advisor network, while the organization’s strongest differentiator, lacked strong messaging to support greater recognition and reputation. Blue Practice addressed the problem by collaboratively authoring a white paper to outlining the strengths of the PA program, learning first hand what participants considered most important.
What We Did
Blue Practice conducted in depth background research on similar programs enacted by peers in the space, and executed an audit - interviewing more than 20 Principal Advisors and Larta companies to truly understand what makes the program unique.
After analyzing, critically thinking, and interviewing more around 20 principal advisors and Larta companies, the Blue Practice team identified key messages and goals to express Principal Advisor engagement with Larta companies and entrepreneurs.
We unrolled a strategic release of the whitepaper at the TechConnect World Innovation Conference in Anaheim followed by a webinar presentation to hundreds within the entire Larta Network.
